In an era of complex, interconnected challenges beyond conventional military threats, our focus area also addresses non-traditional security issues that impact human well-being. We examine emerging threats such as climate change and environmental degradation, water and food insecurity, migration, pandemics and public health crises, irregular migration and displacement, transnational crime, cyber vulnerabilities, and resource scarcity. We strive to provide interdisciplinary insights, policy frameworks, and collaborative strategies to enhance human security, build adaptive capacities, and foster sustainable development in the face of these multifaceted risks.
