Mr. SAIRAKSHIT RAGHUPATHY

Sairakshit Raghupathy is a policy researcher and strategic analyst with experience across international relations, government affairs, and business development. As a Strategic Consultant at Consultadd Inc, he drafted proposals for U.S. State and Federal Government and secured multiple government awards across housing, health, and technology sectors, generating substantial revenue. His work included participation in federal competitions such as the U.S. Army xTech Challenge, contributing to an SBIR grant initiative for the United States Air Force, and collaborating with global partners including Oracle NetSuite and IBM Service Partner.

He interned at the Embassy of Lebanon in India and the Chennai Centre for China Studies, where he supported diplomatic communication, conducted research on China’s Indo-Pacific policy, and contributed to high-level international conferences. He later served as a Legislative Research Intern at Varahe Analytics, where he prepared legislative briefs, analysed parliamentary proceedings, and drafted research-backed narrative and suggestion pointers for Committee Meetings of the Ministry of External Affairs. His work includes policy analysis on India’s Indian Ocean strategy, cross-border security issues, and strategic geopolitical developments, alongside multiple published articles and policy papers on the Arctic, Indo-Pacific affairs, and international security.
